Our Zinc Barrel plant is an Alkaline Zinc Plating with Trivalent passivation inducted by M/s Grauer & Weil (India) Limited, with all the latest technology and machines incorporated in the plant.
It is an U-shaped 40 stages (28 stages for PT & Plating with barrels and 12 stages for Passivation with basket) fully automatic process line with advance SCADA system. The chemistry of the plant is provided by Atotech India Limited. Salient features Linear Positioning System for Transporters, Tilting mechanism in Nitric & Passivation, IGBT rectifiers (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor), Serfilco filters & the powerful scrubber systems, with two different streams for acid and alkaline fumes, ensures that the plant is maintained fume-free, thus providing a safe working environment make the plant best in class.
These services are rendered to make car parts corrosion proof and abrasion resistant in nature.
