CED Coating as the name suggests is method of painting which uses electrical current to deposit the paint. The process works onprinciple of “opposites attract” this process is also known as Electro Deposition (ED).
At SAR we do both Acrylic and Epoxy CED Coating. The CED line supplied by M/s P S Global is a 23 stage process with fully automatic rack based line andPLC control with SCADA. The plant comes with multi-filtrationoperation with membrane filters installed at every stage to ensure best concentration,drip tray system to avoid carry-over and top spray system and a conveyor type Oven to maintain uniform temperature at all ends.
The service finishes the products and makes them corrosion-proofs and increases the shelf-life.
